The ladies of The Trinity Gym are truly inspirational.

Our gym is about two-thirds female, and we love that. Not only does this foster a strong and supportive community, but it also creates an environment where women feel encouraged to embrace strength training—many for the first time in their lives.

For many, the idea of stepping into a gym was once intimidating. Society often portrays fitness as an exclusive space for “fit people,” filled with alpha males, loud weights slamming on the floor, and an unrealistic image of what being “healthy” should look like.

At The Trinity NYC, we do things differently.


A Gym That Meets You Where You Are

Before starting any program at The Trinity, we take the time to understand each individual’s goals, experience level, and needs. Every new member begins with a 15-minute intro call and a brief assessment to determine how we can best support them.

Because here’s the truth—everybody is different. Everyone has unique goals, strengths, and challenges. And we believe everyone has a right to be strong, fit, and healthy, no matter where they’re starting from.


Why We Love Training Women

Personally, I love training women because they are stronger than they realize.

The women in our community are redefining what it means to be fit. Their goals go beyond aesthetics—they want to be consistent and strong for life.

Some of our members’ inspiring goals include:

  • Our Walk/Run Group training for their first 5K.
  • Yael, who is determined to lift heavier weights every session.
  • Pauline and Caroline, preparing to take on the challenge of reaching Mount Everest Base Camp.

These women are living proof that strength comes in many forms—not just physical but mental as well. They show up, they push through, and they inspire those around them every day.
