Our team of personal trainers designs workout plans, provides motivation, and ensures proper exercise techniques to help clients achieve their health and fitness objectives. They assess current fitness levels and track progress.

The The Trinity NYC fitness studio our focus is on Small Group Training, our unique approach combines the benefits of both Personal Training and Group Fitness. We limit our group classes to a maximum of 6 people to provide a more personalized approach to fitness, while still incorporating the high energy and motivation of a group class. We pride ourselves on providing top-of-the-line beginner friendly equipment to ensure our clients achieve their fitness goals and our facility is equipped with barbells, Concept2 rowers and skiergs, and Assault AirBikes to enhance your training experience. We also offer a variety of kettlebells, medicine balls, and dumbbells.
